Zhejiang Zhiheng Machine Tool Co., Ltd., established in 2006, is a high-tech enterprise that fills the domestic gap by applying electric spindles to CNC lathes. It is a benchmark manufacturer of electric spindle turning and milling composite machine tools in China and integrates research and development, production, sales, and service. We integrate and optimize processes to reduce subsequent secondary clamping, equipment, personnel, and manufacturing processes, providing customers with a comprehensive solution that combines electric spindle turning, milling, drilling, boring, and grinding processes. After years of unremitting efforts, we currently have advanced working machines in the industry, independent research and design capabilities, independent manufacturing of core functional components, and comprehensive turnkey engineering capabilities.
Since its establishment, we have always adhered to the concept of “technology as the guide, innovative products as the foundation, and comprehensive services as the support”, helping customers quickly enhance their competitiveness. Starting from introducing and digesting foreign technologies, to innovating and developing technologies with independent intellectual property rights, the company actively learns from various experiences of foreign enterprises, pays attention to every detail of machine tool design and manufacturing, and conducts in-depth and detailed research from multiple aspects such as basic material research, machine tool structure design, core component manufacturing technology, precision assembly technology, and processing application technology. It has mastered a complete set of key technologies for precision CNC machine tool design and manufacturing, and has multiple national invention and new utility patents.
For many years, we have relied on deep cultivation and accumulation in the industry, utilizing the unique advantages of high-quality high-end customers, introducing technology and management experience, establishing a scientific collaborative research and development mechanism, and forging an open development path. At present, we have four classic series of products: the electric spindle turning and milling composite machine series, the electric spindle turning and milling composite single machine automation series, the electric spindle turning and milling composite high-end unmanned automation series, and the electric spindle machine tool single machine automation series. They are widely used in the automotive industry, precision mechanical parts in the new energy industry, aerospace, electronic information industry, national defense industry, graphite plastic and other fields. Given that it meets the processing requirements of high efficiency, precision, stability, and reliability in turning, its outstanding comprehensive performance has reached the high-end level in the industry and is widely recognized by customers in various industries.
